Pneuma African Foundation is seeking committed volunteers to support our Education and Youth Development programs in Uganda and other African countries.

We are a faith-driven, people-centered international civil society organization dedicated to addressing poverty, inequality, poor health, and social exclusion through practical community-based solutions.

• Improve health and well-being
• Support vulnerable and marginalized communities
• Empower women and girls
• Promote education and youth development
• Fight hunger and poverty
• Deliver humanitarian aid
• Build community infrastructure

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, Project Management, and related fields)
  OR
• Diploma in any of the above fields with at least 5 years of work experience

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse communities
• Adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Eligibility

• Age: 25 – 65 years
• Strong passion for making a difference in Africa
